M and I went on a long (2-playground) walk Saturday morning, and along the way, collected leaves to make crayon leaf-rubbings at home. She learned how to do this at school and was so excited to show me! Here we have an oak leaf, a gingko leaf, and a maple leaf. We’re so lucky to live within easy walking distance of Highland Park where there are LOTS of different kinds of trees and plants to explore.
