Last night was a Knitting Guild night, and it was the first one I’ve been able to go to all year (I’ve been so sick this year!). It was really nice to hang out with my guild-buddies and just knit for awhile. It was Auction Night, and while none of us had any intention of buying (I had a whopping $1.75 in my wallet, so I definitely wasn’t buying anything), there was a lot of 14 skeins of Brooklyn Tweed LOFT that a couple of my friends decided they’d bid on if it didn’t go over $80. They got it for $70, which is an awesome deal for 14 skeins! I’m looking forward to seeing what projects they end up knitting with it all!
